All proprietary code, design assets, and methodologies within our demo systems are the exclusive property of Walkenra Demo Flows. No ownership is transferred to the user.

Users must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute any part of the service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your access credentials.

We grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our demo frameworks for evaluation. This license is revocable at any time without prior notice.

In accordance with UK law, we are not liable for business losses, loss of profit, or indirect damages arising from the temporary unavailability of our demo systems.

You agree to indemnify Walkenra Demo Flows against all liabilities, costs, and expenses resulting from any breach of these terms by you or your representatives.

Users may be exposed to pre-release concepts. You agree to treat all non-public information as confidential and not disclose it to third parties without consent.

We process personal data in compliance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in London.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately if we suspect unauthorized usage or a breach of these terms has occurred.
